I would recommend finding somewhere where they have a zumba class. It's a very fun dance class and many people have lost hundreds of pounds by going regularly. Also, hotels usually have gyms correct? 15-30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of either abs, legs, or arms atleast every other day is ideal.
