I seem to only workout once a week if that because I have a job that literally has me passing out by the time I get home so exercise is usually not in my vocab. My other down fall is that I hardly eat while at work and binge eat when I get home. A typical day is sometime before eleven I will finish my cranberry muffin then a small lunch that I pack at 12:30 then home when im starving and stay in the fridge. Any suggestions to eat better n get a light workout in everyday?
