Chicken Pot Pie...mmm...and ribs...

I'm making my first pot of chili for the fall/winter season. It cooled down for a couple of days here in Texas for us to enjoy a pot of Chili. LOL

I think I'm going to have to make Chicken Pot Pie next week....

Question for all you experienced chefs. My nanny made spagetti squash last night...she said it taste good but had a wet texture instead of a noodle texture. Any thoughts on fixing that?
