I've been doing my very brisk walking for over a 1/2 hour at least 3-4 times a week. It makes me so proud of myself. I feel sturdy and strong. 66, brain tumor operation (and 4 subsequent operations) and striding along like any healthy 30 year old. I'm too cool!
