I'm always thinking and trying to figure out things regarding my workouts. Perhaps I over-analyze (ya think?!
) but I think it's because I have so much trouble with my hip. So I decided that I would run 3x's/week (2 days rest between each) along w/the bike and leg presses, and on my "off" days from the treadmill, I would still do the bike and leg presses in the hope that they would keep my hip stretched out, limber and loose. Along with this, I'd like to start doing some strength training...we'll see. So since today was an "off" day from the TM, I did 40 minutes on the bike (easy pace) and 50 leg presses, aka whichamadoodles.
