Oh, it's a shame it wasn't more positive for you, I don't know why people are like that, you'd think they'd make an effort when you're a new customer. Who knows what they're thinking.
I guess so long as the cut was good though, you can put up with a bit of rudeness. I've been lucky that hairdressers have tended to listen to my twittering about products and ingredients and been ok with it and I'm not cg so I don't really mind what they use.
