So I went to the gym today and I started adding my weight training to my routine today. By the time I was done and hit up the treadmill my legs were a bit wobbly so I had to slow down the speed for the first 5 mins but then I was good. On the positive side after the weight training the elliptical didn't seem so intense today. Then again nothing seems so intense after a day of spinning. Lol.
