I'm not sure what the exercise is called, but you basically get down on all fours and, without arching your back, you raise your right (slightly bent) leg up towards the ceiling (make sure you squeeze your butt when you do it), then drawn your knee to your chest and bring it back down to the floor for 1 count. Then repeat with the other side.
