Oh yeah, Brussels sprouts are now in season and at their best!
I didn't get to make pizza with Matthew, but tomorrow I'm planning on doing just that, and I want some Brussels sprouts and bacon pizza (probably with an egg on top as well). Who knows, I might get him to try it!
Of course, we're doing plain cheese and tomato sauce as well just to be safe! I also want to try a sweet potato, shallot, and Gorgonzola one.
