Default another thought

Also, I would like to know about having to cowash if you apply oil to the scalp. I know many people who apply oil to their scalp after their wash, so that would go against the thought of having to wash the oil out. I also wonder, more low-poo or cowash for a flaky scalp with a bit of itch. Not sure, because if you don't get the conditioner off the scalp, your problem will be worse.

My big question is this, if you lowpoo, do you still think oiling the scalp beforehand would help or not?? Also, with a lowpoo is the massaging of the scalp as important as with a cowash, or does the lowpoo help you with that part of the cleaning task?
