I hear you boomy- you are going to get overwhelmed whether its the first baby or 3rd

One of the biggest differences I've noticed is with my first, my life & needs seemed to rotate more around her, whereas with #2 & 3 they're easier to adapt into the overall family routine making the transition less upsetting

As long as baby is safe, taking a bath/ shower, talking to s friend, other "me time " events shouldn't leave you feeling guilty or frustrated. Take advantage of offers to babysit or otherwise help. If you're not already, look into babywearing so you have a way to do things you want or need without compromising time or attention from baby.

And yes, try to encourage & ask your DH for help so it's not all on you.
