Just Checkin In
So I haven't been to the gym in a week
. Between my child being ill, school assignments and then me having an allergic reaction to some medication the gym has been a no go the past week.
I was sure however to remain sensible in my holiday meals. I did try a little of everything but portion control was the main ingredient and I still managed to lose 6lbs! So I am happy about that but I don't want to get too comfortable not going to the gym so idk if I will make it to the gym later this evening or tomorrow but I will get there this weekend! How is everyone else making out?
