I came upon the first pic on this link and had to check because seriously, this is NOT how to make cream puffs. They're underbaked! They're collapsing! They look pale and eggy instead of richly browned, dry, and hollow! Ahhhh! Que the hell?!!!!!! NON! That is not how you bake pâté a choux!
