I've never really used a leave-in conditioner and I'm also wary of not rinsing out all of my conditioner to act as a leave-in. Do I absolutely need a leave-in? Is it essential for the CG method? I'm wondering if this is why my hair gets frizzy easily, not enough moisture?! I'm just worried that I won't do it right and my hair will look greasy!!!! Help please
