@ Jenny C, its best to start using something to treat it, so the flare ups wont be as bad. I would recommend going to a dermatologist but all they are going to due is prescribe some cream that you can buy over the counter and may tell you to use some kind of facial wash for sensitive skin. Just google seborrheic dermatitis treatment (natural/non natural) there is plenty information out there.

@phoenix raw honey is good, I've tried it a few times, I think it has some anti inflammatory or anti fungal properties?
