I am actually looking for a good low poo, as just cowashing isn't working for my fine (although I have a ton of it), wavy, 2a hair...thanks

It doesn't look too bad at all!

It looks like a nice low poo -- all the cleansers in there are fairly nice and gentle. The bad news is that it has the A-cone (amodimethicone).

This could POTENTIALLY build up, but some people don't have problems with it. It's also got a few polyquats in there which might give you a few build up issues. Overall, it's not that bad, though! At least it doesn't have really harsh sulfates or super gunky 'cones.
