Can your hair tolerate mag sulphite/epsom salt? You can make a spray & mist it before styling or even on 2nd hair. I do this infrequently because it is drying but it will give you a boost. If you like oils you can add a few drops or a little conditioner. There are recipes posted just do a search.

I use 1/8 t in a 2oz bottle & replace after a few days.
