I would like to get in "shape". I'm not overweight or anything. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 160lbs. My stomach is pretty flat and I wear about a size 6-8, but I would like to be toned. Like this girl...:
I'm not too concern about losing fat, more about toning up and getting in shape. My measurements are about 36"/27"/41" last time I checked, so I do not believe I am on the heavy side, but I want to be toned!
So what kind of workout do you suggest? I cannot do gym work since I get bored easily. I was thinking of joining boot camp, but I'm concerned since I haven't worked out in a very long time and I don't want to kill myself (lol). Or maybe pilates? But I feel like some cardio would be needed to get the sculpt that I want. What do you suggest? I'm also pretty weak in the arms. Most of my strength is in my legs or hips. But I do not do well with running. I was born with dislocated hips so I don't want to put too much pressure on those areas.
