I've been doing squats and lunges and mountain climbers and running up stairs for 2wks trying to get my butt and ( inner) thighs toned up.
I've been consistent, doing it everyday and I'm seeing some results. Its not drastic or anything, but I think if I stick with it until June, I'll be where I want to be.
I'm down to 134 from 136, but I really want the weight I lose to come back as muscle.
Eta, I also hate running and the gym so whatever exercise I do is done in the house. Although, when I'm out, I fast walk whenever I can.
