I suggest keeping a journal. Log everything- the weather, what you eat, activity, how you feel, etc. You may see a pattern form.
Make sure your not anemic, your testosterone level is good and your thyroid is functioning properly. both are common reasons women lose hair.
Many times doctors will ignore your complaint of hair loss unless they see bald patches. Just a heads up.
