Sorry I fell off for a bit...

Thanks for all the responses. I'm on medicine for the appetite suppression and energy-- now I just need to work out. There just isnt enough time in the day but I'm trying to figure things out. It may come down to going to bed super early to wake up at 3am to work out. My work days start early and end late, so after work is really a struggle.
