Im 4a 3c low porosit and my hair loves EVOO for hot oil treatments. I slather it on dry hair then cover with a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for 15 to 20 minutes. Then I shampoo. I cant seal or use it as a styler like some people do because my hair is fine and will feel greasy.
