I tried this today after my shower. I can't do a lot to my hair since its still taking time to get thick after recovering from dye thru the yrs. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this.
My pattern stayed defined even after work (& I have to wear a hat). Wasn't frizzy. Really helped my hair soak up my products. Its so cute too! I can easily do this every time I wet/detangle my hair. That simple playing & slight tugging should also help stimulate growth as well!
