I didn't want to like UC santa Barbara this much, honestly. A semi isolated party school? But it really is in what feels like paradise, the academics are fantastic, the atmosphere is so laid back, and on our campus tour I really could see myself biking across campus to get to class.

I felt the same way when I toured the campus with my daughters last year, and I graduated from college more than 20 years ago. It's hard to get that campus out of your head, isn't it?
