It is very rich but I only use about the tip of my pinky's worth for my whole hair then scrunch in KCCC. It is wonderful! And I have very fine, easily weighed down hair. I know another curly who loves this stuff too...You just have to be careful how much you use.

I used to use CF (same amount as MD CSC) but my hair has been really finicky with protein as of late...
