I'm usually good about keeping secrets. When I was younger, I was considered a good listener, even though I didn't open my mouth much. People used to tell me the most outrageous stuff.
Over time, I've gotten more social so I've learned to share more things about myself with people but I'm careful about who I share things with. I don't have friends at work, so I only say things to the people there that I want them to know as I want to be seen as professional as much as possible. I'm the same way with acquaintances. OTOH, there's hardly anything about me that my BFF doesn't know.
