Ok im curious what birth control method are you all using now! I cant find anything out there that is indeed "ok" for your body

i feel so trapped, im on Mirena right now i have an appointment to get it taking out i was gonna get Paragard until i read on all the proof of Copper toxicity

PLEASE HELP ME! what are you using for birth control? I have 3 children i dont want any more for a long while!
