Need some fitness advice here.... I've started a new exercise regimen. I am following Leslie Sansone walking videos. About 3 days a week I like to include some weight exercises. After the walking video , it cools down and stretch which I do. my question is.. after I cool down with Leslie , is it ok to do some weight exercises and then stretch again to end my session? any advice is helpful. tia
