Awwww!!! Gut Yontiff Marah (that is right isn't it). My undergrad roommate/BFF is Jewish and for Easter and Passover we'd alternate going home with each other and for Hannukah we'd have a party and she would make Latkas. Her mom used to make the BEST charoses (that's the apple stuff right?). I've been trying to figure out how to make that because it was GOOD. And the lamb....OMG.
