Also try and be patient with your hair. I'm a year in and I still want to shave it off pretty regularly. It took a good 3-4 months before my hair got used to the changes I was making and stopped fighting with me. It does get better but the one thing I learned is sometimes simple is best. I wasted too much money trying to find all the "perfect" products for my hair only to find that once my hair was healthy it hated the products. I wish I had concentrated more on not using silicones, parabens, and sulfates and making sure my hair was moisturized before I tried to find the HG products. Now I have a bunch of products that don't work for me and all because I paid attention to getting the best before I even knew anything about my hair.
