I combined and switched up a few different recipes I found online and this turned out really really well.

MUSHROOM SOUP
16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced (I used a mixture of different kinds but mostly white button and crimini)
1 glove garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 TBL butter
1TBL olive oil
salt, pepper
2 cups chicken broth (I used vegetable/herb broth)
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cream cheese

In large sauce pan add broth, cream, water, cream cheese and heat on low, stirring often.
In large skillet add garlic, onion, butter, oil, salt, pepper. Cook til mushrooms start to brown. Add to sauce pan and heat through to blend flavors.

Hair texture-medium/fine, porosity-normal except for the ends which are porous, elasticity-normal.
Suave & VO5 cond, LA Looks Sport Gel, oils, honey, vinegar.
