i think the length of the workouts combined with the fact that i'm a fitness instructor and still need to be fresh for the 3 classes a week that i teach was too much. i need my additional workouts to be around 30 minutes, some of the insanity workouts were over an hour. i hit a wall. i'm going to try jm in the mornings starting monday! there's a group on myfitnesspal doing jillian michaels 30 day shred.
