Yah know I thought that was going to be an issue to but once you are doing a regular workout because it is fast paced for me the to time passes quickly. Cardio recovery though seemed to take fo-evah and it was like 30 minutes. I think it seemed that way because it was much s-l-o-w-e-r
i think the length of the workouts combined with the fact that i'm a fitness instructor and still need to be fresh for the 3 classes a week that i teach was too much. i need my additional workouts to be around 30 minutes, some of the insanity workouts were over an hour. i hit a wall. i'm going to try jm in the mornings starting monday! there's a group on myfitnesspal doing jillian michaels 30 day shred.
