Are you useing the shea moisture shampoo moisture retention or are you using the conditioner as a low poo?
I use the shampoo as an occasional low-poo as needed. There are lots of other low-poo options, but this doesn't make my hair feel stripped like some of the others can do.
I think Im a little confused and doing some things wrong. First of all I know everyone's hair is different. Are you not supposed to use a low poo or no poo every day? I thought a no poo was a conditioner so it would be considered a cowash. Im wondering if Im no pooing too much.
