take a strand of your hair and pull it apart. if it stretches a lot before breaking then you need more protein. if it breaks straight away then you need more moisture.
a few weeks back my hair was starting to break and i didn't know why. turns out i had been giving my hair too much protein. i had had the balance down perfect for so long that i forgot i could give my hair too much protein. i gave my hair a good dc and it's stopped breaking now
i noticed you don't use a dc in your regime, if moisture is your issue maybe you could try using one once a week until the breakage stops?
