I grew out my hair for several years and got a big chop of 17 inches off last year, to a chin length cut. I donated my hair to Locks of Love and people told me they were jealous of whoever ended up with my future wig! 
Ever since I got the big chop too, I've gotten tons of compliments. It's like the gift that keeps on giving!
So glad everyone's remembering the compliments they get and embracing their hair!
