I pre-poo with may favorite oils religiously. I apply my oil mix, cover with plastic cap and sit under dryer about 1 hour. If I am short on time I will apply oil and cover with cap an scarf and leave overnight.
I follow with shampoo and conditioner.
The key is heat with our hair, either dryer or body heat.
