I use NPF as a spray....I add around a 1/2 tsp. NPF to 8 oz. of water in a spray bottle.... Then my post-shower routine is: plop for a couple of minutes, scrunch in my leave-in, scrunch in FOTE AVG, and then spray a little bit (not too much or else your hair will feel like straw) on my wet hair and gently scrunch it in... It also works really well for a next day refresher when I re-wet my hair
