1. What type of shampoo do you use?
Robert Craig's shampoo for color-treated hair (mild), or I wash with conditioner (suave coconut)

2. Also how do you use it?
usually just on scalp, diluted....someitmes run thru the rest at the end

3. How often?
shampoo usually 1 x week, conditioner wash 1-2 times between
