That looks to me like what happens when you bleach indigo. Bleaching indigo=green hair.

Hi Moonface – Do you remember what brand of Henna you used on your hair? I think (but may be incorrect) that the blue/green comes from the presence of metallic salts in the dye which are added to some "Henna" hair dyes, but aren't characteristic of quality Henna hair dye.
It was Lush Henna. Caca Brun, I think.
Sounds like JLeighs might be onto something with "bleaching indigo = green hair" then since Caca Brun does in fact have indigo in it to tone down the red. Sorry to hear your henna/indigo experience was a bummer! I used Caca Brun henna the first time I henna'd in October, so I'll be sure to keep this in mind.
