It matters. At least it does to me. When I start hearing about situations like this I wonder if a new drug has been created. I wonder if this is the test batch. I wonder where it has been distributed and who is getting ready to take it next.
I wonder this because after Molly Paper, and other drugs, were introduced we had extreme cases of tweaking in my county. I'm the one picking up the phone to handle these calls, so... I'd really like to know.
I feel it's important for the public to know, period. It's a potential hazard.
