I agree with deep conditioning, and give it a few days, I wish you had a pic to show, maybe a b&a but I completely understand, 4 years and a couple weeks ago I let a friends daughter (who was graduating cosmetology school the next day cut my hair showed her a picture, (I don't have on my phone sorry) about nape length short in back and longer on sides, she gave me a cut .... short all over, not a hair was longer than 2 maybe 2 1/2" I was mortified, paid her anyways and cried for months. Starting Googling how to make hair grow fast, was introduced to hair care forums, and now here I am. Anyways the cut wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I wanted so it took me about 3 years before I trusted anyone near my hair with sissies, I then explained everything to her, made her let me watch her cut it and get a ruler to measure. (Yes I tipped her nicely)
I hope you grow to at least deal with it for the time being and thank god hair grows back!! Try some biotin and folic acid for 3 months. Best of luck to ya and ((**hugs**))
