I have yet to walk out of a salon looking like "I just walked out of a salon" (unless I get a blowout). This is why I never schedule a hair appointment right before I have to be somewhere.The thing is, it took ME years to figure out how to properly care for and style my hair, so how can I expect the average stylist to know how to do it right off the bat? Even now, knowing my hair very well, I still have bad hair days, so I'm not going to get upset at someone who only handles my hair 4-6 times a year and can't style my hair like I can. It's the cut that matters, IMHO, not how they style it.
