what do you do with the containers after you've used up the fsg?? i've put off making my own gel after reading all the info here. it makes my head spin.
The same thing I do with any used plastic container, place them in the recycle bin. The bottles I use have the recycle symbol on the bottom. I also use larger 16 oz bottles and make large batches each time, but I sell mine at our farmer's market too.

Yeah, there's a lot of work involved to do it properly.
