Check the ingredients in your GFTN - they recently reformulated & it has amodimethicone now. Old formula was many people's HG around here.

I love LOVE Ion Effective Care (sally's) as a protein heavy rinse out. I dont use much & dont leave it on long because it is thick & doesnt take much to OC me but cant beat it for a good hit of protein daily

also, la bella lots of curls gel has protein in it. So does Got2B fat-tastic mousse, it has collagen which is a strong protein & I do believe that is one of their few cone-free products. You can also always pick up a cheap bottle of neutral protein filler from sallys & add it to any of your RO conditioners

Non-CG, but I treat it with TLC. I can't co-wash more than 1x a week, & I have to use T-Gel in rotation due to scalp issues.
