I did a little bit of research on baggying, and people say it is like a greenhouse effect, and will help with hair growth. I am so excited to see the results! I put in some Suave Naturals Strawberry conditioner and oil, then put my hair in three plastic shower caps (my hair is too thick and long for just one) and tied on my satin scarf to trap in some heat. Yay!
