Before going CG, I always thought that if my hair didn't feel dry, it wasn't, so I didn't always use a rinse out conditioner and never a leave in. Well, since I live in the desert, I am coming to the realization that that isn't necessarily so. Now, whenever I wash my hair, I use a rinse out conditioner, and spritz twice a day with a leave in. I will keep this up til my hair shows signs of over conditioning, if it ever does. I think my hair is happier.
