Day 7...overslept and didn't make it to the gym but I walked a mile so its ok
! On the positive side of oversleeping and missing the gym, it afforded me more time to prepare for my presentation and midterm tomorrow as well as workout on my schedule so it all worked out! Now I already set the alarm to get up early tomorrow to go to the gym...hopefully I'll make it this time! LOL.
