The soreness from these new exercises in Level 2 have hit me today. Mostly in the upper body, glutes, and hamstrings. It's those damn plank jacks and squat thrusts! LOL Afternoon was 45 minutes of step & tone. I was feeling kind of weak towards the end of that. I think i need to tweek my carb intake as I'm not sure I've been eating enough of them. I need to keep reminding myself that I'm working out very hard and I need to eat more carbs than I typically do.
