I still remember the trauma like it was yesterday...
The first time around I did the shred I used 5lb weights my first day because silly me thought "Oh, well that's what I've been using to do a few arm exercises with, they should be fine." WRONG I was so damn miserable and I couldn't even get through the whole thing with them.
And the soreness, OH the soreness!
I'm using 2lb weights now.
I have some 3lb I may switch to at some point, right now they're doorstops upstairs.
